Dawn Thibodeaux is the woman Fortune 500 leaders and everyday warriors call when everything needs to change. With over 30 years of experience and more than 30,000 lives touched, Dawn blends fashion, psychology, and soul to create image strategies that empower people from the inside out.
A trusted consultant to clients at Delta, Honeywell, McDonald’s, Banana Republic, and more, Dawn’s work is rooted in her own story of resilience and reinvention. What could have ended in pain has blossomed into a powerful mission to help people who feel overlooked become unforgettable.
She is also the author of The Power of Clothing and Personal Packaging, and the visionary behind DawnToday. Her paid work as a speaker, coach, and consultant fuels the nonprofit’s ability to serve women who need it most.
Dawn lives in the Midwest with her husband of 34 years, Rufus. Together, they are the proud parents of four adult children, continuing a legacy of love, leadership, and generational impact.
